Admissions

Before a child is accepted for enrollment, an interview with the parent or guardian must be held. This interview will include a tour of the facilities, discussion of tuition, enrollment fees and parent/ center responsibilities. An enrollment form including a current health record and current immunizations, and preschool health statement must be complete before admission is accepted. This information must be kept current at all times in case of an emergency situation. We do not discriminate in enrollment based on race, color, or national origin. We accept all children as equal.

Admissions Interview

The goal of the initial Interview is to gain insight into your child’s development both in the center setting as well as the home setting. During this interview, your child’s development and any goals you may have for your child will be discussed.

Initial Assessment

Assessment for learning and assessment of learning are both important parts of teaching and learning at Daniel And Solomon Wisdom Center

We aim to improve the learning process by providing feedback and helping students understand concepts. Quarterly we evaluate student achievement by comparing their performance against standards.

The assessment we is use is from, the CIRCLE Progress Monitoring system, to gather ongoing data on student progress, allowing teachers to provide targeted feedback and adjust instruction to better support individual student needs, essentially using assessment to inform and improve learning throughout the teaching process.
